At Sluggers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging or a secure shipping bag, ensuring all hangtags remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and clear-tape it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
